Presently Maxine resides in Capetown, S. Africa with her husband, and 2 of her children. Maxine and Chris are licensed and ordained ministers with Kingsway International Ministries, Demoin, Iowa, as their covering. Dr.'s Robert and Glenyce Doorn and Dennis Weidrick are their spiritual parents and mentors.

 

They've been involved in various forms of ministry for 20 yrs. In the local church mainly working with youth and children. They were very involved with the Gideons for 8 yrs. And Chris served as national chaplain for 3 of those yrs. They were also involved with Compassion and sponsored several children worldwide.

Chris was in business most of his life beginning with a family roofing company, and lastly running his own cleaning business with a partner, which he sold in 2004, and since are in full time ministry as God has led them. Chris has been to over 21 countries, and Maxine and the children to several also with other teams and as a family.

As of 2006 they have founded and registered their ministry called "Sonship International Ministries", (SIM). They are presently very involved in S. Africa, and neighboring countries, to reveal the heart of the Father, God, through their ministry.
